Tobias honestly didn’t want to do this, not after she’d shared something so difficult with him. However, he knew that she needed this. The guilt was plain in Addy’s eyes and she needed a way to release it. Also, what kind of Daddy would he be if he didn’t follow through on his promises? She needed to know she could trust him to keep his word. That wouldn’t happen if he waffled on discipline.

“Go to our room, strip, and pick a corner. I want you waiting for me with your nose in the corner and your bottom sticking out. I’ll be there soon.”

Addy didn’t hesitate for even a moment, she simply gave him a “Yes, Daddy,” and headed to do his bidding. Tobias sat for a few moments, gathering his thoughts. He wanted to pull out his phone and start researching Anorexia Athletica, but he was worried he’d get too caught up in it. Instead, he used the time to plan. He checked to make sure she had truly drank everything he’d given her. He knew she’d eaten the entire protein bar as she talked since he’d been watching closely. Shaking each cup and finding them all empty, he headed for the bedroom.

She was exactly as he’d instructed her to be and his chest filled with pride. She didn’t fidget, she wasn’t showing any signs of restlessness, she didn’t even turn to face him when he entered. Tobias kept his silence as he roamed the room, gathering what he needed. Not that he really needed much, but it gave him something to do while she thought about her actions or lack thereof.

Tobias set up a station in the corner of the room, then headed over to the bed and sat down. He didn’t speak right away, he just watched her for a few minutes. She seemed cool as a cucumber. He’d never seen a little take corner time so well. Usually, they fidgeted and couldn’t keep still, they babbled nervously, couldn’t help peeking to see what was going on behind them. Not his Addy, it was then he realized that the thought of being disciplined calmed Addy. She needed this in a way that was foreign to him. Foreign but not in any way unpleasant. Tobias would give his girl anything she needed.

Having this epiphany lessened his worry over the situation and calmed him in a way he wasn’t expecting. Suddenly he knew exactly what she needed and it was something well within his power to deliver. Tobias was finally ready.

“Come here, Little girl.”
